Anna Lipkind-Mazor (violin)

Following her recent debut at the Berlin Philharmonie, Netherlands/Spain-based violinist Anna Lipkind-Mazor was hailed as a modern-day priestess of sound—an artist who breathes music with body, soul, and silence, enchanting audiences from the very first note with her luminous presence and profound expressivity.

Anna has performed at many of the world’s most prestigious concert venues, including the Berlin Philharmonie, Vienna Konzerthaus, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Philharmonie de Paris, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Musikverein Vienna, KKL Luzern, Flagey Brussels, Sakura Hall Tokyo, Frankfurt’s Sendesaal, the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, and the Charles Bronfman Auditorium in Tel Aviv, home of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

Her extensive concerto repertoire reflects an unwavering commitment to artistic innovation, musical discovery, and the embrace of contemporary voices. She performs not only the great masterworks of Beethoven, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, Dvořák, and Prokofiev, but also bold and compelling works by Noam Sheriff, Paul Ben-Haïm, Sofia Gubaidulina, Philip Glass, Jörg Widmann, and Lera Auerbach. This same spirit animates her solo and recital work, where she brings fresh perspective to a wide-ranging repertoire—from the timeless mastery of Bach and Ysaÿe to the distinctive voices of Denisov, Weinberg, Szymanowski, and Penderecki. A passionate advocate for contemporary music, she collaborates closely with leading composers and has premiered several new works, reaffirming her role as a fearless and vital presence in today’s violin landscape.

Anna performs on a 1781 Gagliano violin (‘Martelenne’), generously supported by R & v.T.
