Croatian Soprano Evelin Novak is a member of the ensemble at The Staatsoper Unter den Linden (Berlin State Opera). There she has performed roles such as Mimì (Puccini’s La bohème), Agathe (Weber’s Der Freischütz), Fiordiligi (Mozart’s Così fan tutte), Violetta (Verdi’s La traviata), Gretel (Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel), and Drusilla (Monteverdi’s L'incoronazione di Poppea).

Guest engagements have taken her to the Semperoper Dresden, Wiener Staatsoper, Bayerische Staatsoper, Barcelona’s Gran Teatre del Liceu, Staatsoper Hamburg, and Komische Oper Berlin; to the Bayreuth Festival; to Cologne, Graz, Lyon, Mörbisch, and Sankt Margarethen; to the Ljubljana Festival; and to the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, amongst others.

Evelin Novak is a sought-after concert singer and an avid recitalist. She has performed, amongst others, Dvořák's Stabat mater and The Spectre’s Bride, Mozart’s Requiem and Mass in C minor, and Haydn’s The Creation. She has also toured China with the Beijing Film Orchestra.
