The English Concert Winds

The English Concert Winds is an ensemble drawn from principal players of the orchestra's classical wind section. Its members are leading specialists in period-instrument performance and distinguished soloists in their own right, with many concerto and chamber music recordings to their credit.

The English Concert Winds play the celebrated operatic arrangements, serenades and divertimenti which were so popular in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
