Julia Doyle (soprano)

Born and educated in Lancaster, Julia Doyle read Social and Political Sciences as a choral scholar at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, before pursuing a singing career. She now enjoys a career as a soloist and ensemble singer with many of Europe’s most distinguished conductors and ensembles, including the English Baroque Soloists and John Eliot Gardiner, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and Jeffrey Skidmore, Salzburg Camerata and Roger Norrington, New London Consort and Philip Pickett, and Britten Sinfonia and Stephen Layton.
