The Camerata of London
The Camerata of London is an international music group and has taken part in major concerts and festivals throughout the world, including performances in Japan, India, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy and Spain. English engagements have included the Early Music Centre, Three Choirs, Salisbury, King's Lynn Festivals and London concerts in the Royal Festival Hall, Purcell Room and Wigmore Hall. Much of the music performed is researched and edited by the founders, Glenda Simpson and Barry Mason, who were students of the late David Munrow. The Camerata of London has made numerous recordings which have received various accolades including a nomination for the prestigious Gramophone award.
