Orchestra da Camera di Mantova

The Orchestra da Camera di Mantova was founded in 1981 by its leader, Carlo Fabiano. Their home is the beautiful and historic Teatro Bibiena in Mantova where, alongside their own performances, they host a concert season ‘Tempo d’Orchestra’ with many Italian and foreign artists. The players are hand-picked from among the best Italian and European musicians. Known for their great attention to stylistic matters, they are frequently led by Carlo Fabiano, but also work with international conductors, most notably Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli.
