Reviews

‘Splendid, vigorous, animated, hilarious’ (Hi-Fi News)

‘Rollicking good fun’ (The Cornish Guardian)

‘Highly entertaining’ (Classical Music)
Nothing at all is known about Hely. All that survives of his music is a handful of superb lute solos in Lord Herbert of Cherbury’s Lute Book and this single charming consort piece in the same manuscript as a galliard by Maurice Webster.
