Marche héroïque in D major, Op 74
EnglishFrançaisDeutsch
The title of Lemare's Marche Héroïque suggests French models, but this piece, written for the blind concert organist Alfred Hollins, has an Elgarian stature as a reminder that Lemare was flourishing in London when the 'Pomp and Circumstance' Marches were being written.
