Organ Concerto in F major, Op 4 No 4
EnglishFrançaisDeutsch
Op 4 No 4 in F major was completed on 25 March 1735 and given its first performance a week later at a revival of Athalia at Covent Garden. In 1737 the concerto was performed in a version which concluded with the ‘Alleluia’ chorus heard here. Handel subsequently incorporated this chorus into The Triumph of Time and Truth.
