Solovei 'Le rossignol', S249d
EnglishFrançaisDeutsch
The first approach to Le Rossignol, a song by Aleksandr Alyabiev (1787–1851), restricts any imitation of birdsong to the introduction, and ends rather riotously—actually much closer to the original song than the later reflection of it.
