The World's Wanderers
EnglishFrançaisDeutsch
The World’s Wanderers, with its two-bar refrain, was—like My native land—composed in 1895 to a German text by Heine. Later (perhaps not much later) Ives adapted the song to the Shelley poem it now sets.
