On June 5th 2012 this piece was presented on the occasion of a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral for the Diamond Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II. It was performed by the specially auditioned Diamond Choir, formed of children from all over the UK, alongside the choristers of St Paul’s Cathedral and the Chapel Royal, conducted by Andrew Carwood. Originally written for upper voices, this disc features the SATB version of this lyrical anthem.
