Reviews

‘Shaham and Erez deliver outstandingly committed performances, revelling in the music's virtuosity, fantasy and heightened intensity of expression’ (BBC Music Magazine)
Like Op 32, the Stimmungen Op 36 (published in 1913) are atmospheric miniatures, the ternary song form of No 1 building passion over a syncopated backdrop, whilst No 2 explores a more eerily chromatic harmony with transparent textures.
